Welcome

The Tanker Management and Self Assessment (TMSA) programme provides ship operators with a means to improve and measure their own management systems. The programme encourages ship operators to assess their safety management systems against listed performance indicators. The results of these assessments can then be used to develop an improvement plan, using the stages of attainment described in the programme, to achieve safety and environmental excellence.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL TMSA SUBMITTERS

As per the previous notice the credit card payment system will be put in place on Tuesday 1st September 2009. From that date credit/charge card payments will be required for the year 2009 subscription of UKP50. There is no reduction in price for part of a year subscriptions.

The TMSA payment for the year 2012 will commence in January 2012. This payment can ONLY be made using a credit/charge card without exception.

FAQs

Dear sir,

With regard to TMSA up-date,

We "Haeyoung Maritime Services Co., Ltd" has been up-dated the TMSA report and published to all.

However, the Exxonmoile(IMT) inform to us as below;
///qte///
Good day.

For your information we have received the below notification (from OCIMF)
that your company has recently submitted a TMSA 2 report. However I regret
to inform you that the actual submission did not successfully reach us and
has therefore not been uploaded into our database.

Informatively the most common reason for this is that persons have
"Archived" the TMSA 2 submission too quickly after uploading it. We would
therefore recommend that after re-submitting please wait at least 12 hours
before attempting to archive the submission.

Additionally I would advise you that our database does not recognise PDF
format documents so we request that you do not send us such. Instead we
request that you re-submit your TMSA 2 via the OCIMF website in order for
the information to reach us in a format which is acceptable to our
database. In doing this please ensure you select "International Marine
Transportation" (ExxonMobil) as one of the recipients , in case if you are
not selecting the option which allows you to send the submission to all
registered recipients.

Please note that there is no need to reply to this email if you understand
the above.
///unqte///

Also, we up-dated the TMSA report but not display in the TMSA web-site which located right side in the first page of TMSA web-site.

Your kind understand and quick replay would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Dear Sir,

Is there a function to notify the user if the published report has been received or updated in the members' database? There have been incidents when members claim the report was not received by them. I am unable to verify their acknowledgement after publishing the report.

Regards,
Sundar
